Dr. Jodi Houser
Dr. Houser is originally from Southern Ohio, but has made her home in Licking County since 2006. She completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science at Miami University, where she was a member of the Waterski Club and an Intramural Sports Supervisor. She earned her Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006 where she was the Treasurer of the Student Chapter of the AVMA. She has experience with both companion and farm animals and enjoys the diversity and challenges that come with treating multiple species.
Dr. Houser has been married to her college sweetheart, Jeff, since 2000. They have two beautiful children; Shannon and Drew. She also shares her home with two dogs – Molly and Ruby, and two cats – Axl and Petunia. In her free time, she enjoys waterskiing, Ohio State Football, golf, and reading.
Dr. Houser maintains USDA accreditation and is affiliated with many professional organizations, including:

Dr. Houser has special interest in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, and ultrasound.
Her belief is that pets are valued members of the family. She strives to help owners make informed and compassionate decisions concerning their pets’ care.
Dr. Beth Stafford
Dr. Stafford is from Columbus Ohio and spent her undergraduate time at DePauw University in Indiana and at The Ohio State University where she was an English major and German/Art History double minor. She has been practicing veterinary medicine in various parts of Ohio since 2006. She and Dr. Houser were classmates at The Ohio State University, where they graduated together in 2006. Dr. Stafford enjoys soft tissue surgery, Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Feline Medicine. She has extensive dental and dental surgical experience. Dr. Stafford is acupuncture certified and enjoys practicing Holistic and alternative therapies. Dr. Stafford is a Category I USDA accredited veterinarian and a member of the OVMA and the AVMA. She is Chair of The Generations Council at her Church.
Dr. Stafford had been married 13 years to her High School sweetheart Matt, who is in sales. They have two children, Ella, 7, and Tucker, 4. Their furry family includes their 14 year old cat Goose, and a 2 year old German Shorthair Pointer named Watch. Watch comes to the office almost every day with Dr. Stafford and is an unofficial receptionist. Dr. Stafford loves to spend time with her family hiking, fishing and boating. She enjoys reading, writing, taking walks, yoga and running. She is working on improving her cooking and gardening skills, which she enjoys.
Lead Technician, Registered Veterinary Technician
Lindsay worked as a Veterinary Technician in a private practice for 13 years before joining our team in May 2016. She graduated from Columbus State Community College with her degree in Veterinary Technology in 2008. She spends most of her free time with her two children, James and Scarlet. Her 4-legged family includes 4 dogs, 2 cats, and a turtle she has had for 24 years.
Registered Veterinary Technician
Kristi graduated from Columbus State Community College with a degree in Veterinary Technology in 1999. She lives in Coshocton on a farm with her husband Andrew and their four children: Dilyn, Drew, Ashlyn, & Taryn; and many animals. Kristi works with an animal rescue called Hopeful Hearts and has thoroughbred racehorses at Mahoning Valley Racecourse.
Kelsi lives in Somerset with her husband Jarrod and two children; Hunter who is 6 yrs old and Aubrey who is 3 yrs old. She has a black lab named Zoey, and a Beagle named Bandit. They have a small farm where they raise sheep and pigs. Kelsi is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technician license online and will be a RVT in 1-2 years. Kelsi has always had a love for animals and couldn’t be happier going to work and being around them all day.
Chris resides in Hebron with her husband, Daniel and many pets. She attended Capital University, and studied music. Chris has been in the veterinary field for over 20 years. She like to collect comics and anything cat related.
Michele resides in Newark with her husband, a dog "Cooper", and 7 cats. Her background is in Pharmacy as a technician. She enjoys spending time with her animals, reading, and cross-stitching in her spare time.
